Pregnancy Pillow FAQ's

1. What if my belly grows a great deal once I buy the pregnancy pillow? Will I outgrow the pillow?
The Utterly Yours Pregnancy pillow is designed to grow with your body. The fabric that connects the two sides grows with your belly. At first, you'll most likely need to pull the belly support side close to your body, but you'll slowly find that the belly support side can be pushed further away as your belly grows.

Unless your weight and measurements are at the maximum listed on the size chart for your specific size, you will not outgrow the pillow. If you are on the maximum side, then we recommend you order the larger size pillow.

2. What if I want to switch sides and not sleep on my left side all night?
Although studies show that lying on one's left side is the most optimal position for mom and baby, it is perfectly understandable if you would want to switch sides. Sleeping on only one side can make you restless, but know that the Utterly Yours Pregnancy pillow does give you some mobility; it does not restrict you completely to your side perpendicular to the bed.

To switch sides, however, simply remember that the solid covered side of the pillow ALWAYS faces the belly and the patterned fabric side always supports the lower back.

3. Is the pillow washable?
The pillow cover is machine washable. We recommend washing in cold water and laying flat to dry. The pillow/foam itself is not machine washable, but it can be surface cleaned.
